By accessing or using any addressHQ product ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Our Services

addressHQ provides productivity tools for Atlassian platforms, including Clone & Replace for Jira. Our apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace and are subject to Atlassian's terms in addition to these terms.

3. Your Use of Services

You agree to:

Use the Services only for lawful purposes
Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our software
Not use the Services in any way that could damage or impair them
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Accounts and Access

Our apps integrate with your Atlassian account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own account and for all activities that occur under it.

5. Pricing and Payments

Some of our Services are free, while others require payment. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Atlassian Marketplace, which handles all billing, refunds, and payment processing according to their policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by addressHQ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, addressHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
